Russo Commercial, LLC completed the 3rd largest office lease in Austin according to CoStar's Austin Office Report "Top Office Leases" for Mid-Year 2007, with the signing of 58,700 square foot lease to NCsoft Corp at Lakewood Center.

The Austin Business Journal has named Vic Russo of Russo Commercial, LLC as
one of Austin's "Heavy Hitters" in the Landlord Office Leasing category for
the fifth year in a row. Vic Russo completed over 181,000 square feet of
office lease transactions for his Landlord client's in Austin.

BioWare Corp., a Canadian video game maker, is leasing new space of 20,000 square feet at 8300 N. MoPac Expressway (The Park) for a December 10th move in. Vic Russo with Russo Commercial represented the Landlord, West World Management.

Vic Russo with Russo Commercial, LLC represented The Park's landlord, West Wold Management, in leasing 21,074 square feet of office space on the third floor at 8300 N. Mopac Expressway. The Park is a Class A office building, measuring 93,317 square feet.

As its revenue and workforce keep expanding, NetQoS Inc. is nearly doubling its real estate presence. The Austin software company has signed a lease for 41,347 square feet at Plaza on the Lake I.

NCsoft Leases More Space At Lakewood

NCsoft Corp. recently reached a deal to lease a total of 60,000 square feet at Lakewood Center on Capital of Texas Highway in Northwest Austin. The Korean company's U.S. headquarters is Austin.

Vic Russo, president of Russo Commercial, LLC, represented the landlord. "We're continuing to see a lot of activity in the Northwest and Southwest submarkets," Russo says.

On behalf of CoStar Group, Inc, Vic Russo of Russo Commercial, LLC was recognized for his individual achievement in 2004 and presented with their annual Power Broker Award.

Vic has been named by CoStar as a Top 20 Broker in his market, which attests to his prominence in the commercial real estate arena. He was measured against all the commercial real estate professionals active in his region and ranked based on signed lease transactions completed in 2004 and reported to CoStar.

Mr. Russo will be recognized in a list of the 20 leading brokers in his city, along with the brokers in 40 other major cities in the Winter 2005 issue of CoStar Advisor, a quarterly news magazine distributed to over 80,000 commercial real estate professionals worldwide.
